Judgmental Use of Force Simulator Training

Interactive, video based training. What would you do? Shoot-No Shoot?

At First Gun Firearms Training, we believe that responsible handgun ownership goes beyond marksmanship. It's about making lawful, life-saving decisions under pressure. In line with that, First Gun is proud to introduce our new Judgmental Use of Force training course. Using the state-of-the-art Smokeless Range® and VST-Pro system, we bring real-world stress into the classroom. This is 100% digital, laser-based training focused on equipping you to make sound, critical use-of-force decisions.

This 4-hour class focuses on decision-making, verbal tactics, avoidance, and shoot/no-shoot scenarios.

Key Highlights:

Advanced Simulator Technology: We utilize the Laser Ammo Smokeless Range® paired with the Video Scenario Trainer Pro 2.0– a leading dry-fire simulator designed for judgment-based training. The only judgmental video scenario simulator course open to civilians in the greater Seattle-Tacoma area – professional tools usually reserved for law enforcement, now available to you!

Realistic Video Scenarios: Multiple scenarios specifically beneficial for civilians, emphasizing shoot/no-shoot decisions, de-escalation, and legal considerations.

Safe, No Live Fire Environment: This training uses laser-based, recoil enabled training guns – Train confidently in a controlled classroom setting.

Small Class Size: Limited to just 8 students for maximum individual attention and hands-on participation.

Expert Instruction: Led by Jon Hoffman, drawing from extensive law enforcement experience to provide practical, real-world insights.

This course is an excellent follow-up to our Basic Handgun Course or a standalone option for those focused on the mental and legal aspects of self-defense.
