WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT FOR PARTICIPATION?
The minimum age for participation is 12 years old. For anyone under the age of 18, a legal guardian must sign a waiver in person prior to the stat of the class.
Can I still take the course if I don't know anything about guns?
Of course! This class was created for those with little or no experience at all!
What if I don't own a gun? Can I still take the class?
If you don't own a gun, you are welcome to use ours for the class. When you sign up for the course simply select the option use our gun/ammo. The additional fee is used to cover the rental of the gun and the ammunition, which we will also provide for you.
Will a class be rescheduled due to inclement weather?
Scheduled classes will go on rain or shine! Please prepare accordingly in case of rain. Snow or other adverse weather conditions may necessitate rescheduling. Notifications of such will be emailed as soon as possible to class members.
Do I have to possess a Concealed Pistol License to participate in the class?
Having a concealed pistol license is not a requirement for participation. However, you will be asked to sign a waiver certifying that you are not a convicted felon or otherwise ineligible to possess a firearm.
Should I bring any equipment to the class?
If you own ear and eye protection, you are welcome to bring them. However, we can provide everything you need for our course – no gun or equipment required. Just bring yourself and be ready to learn!
Do you provide any other or special services? Private training, assistance with shopping for my first firearm, etc?
We aim to please (pun intended)! If you are interested in services other than the public courses offered on our site, please feel free to reach out with your request and we will be happy to work with you and discuss those possibilities.
What is your refund/cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability. You may request a refund or reschedule your event ticket up to 48 hours before the scheduled event—just let us know, and we’ll process your request promptly. After the 48-hour window has passed, refunds are no longer issued. However, you can still reschedule your attendance to another available future course for a $50 rescheduling fee.
Additionally, please be aware that refunds may incur a refund processing fee, which varies in amount depending on the payment platform through which the original transaction was processed.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable, however, gift cards do not have an expiration date. Once a gift card is used to purchase event tickets, the regular rescheduling/cancellation policy will apply in case of rescheduling or cancellation needs.
